Valtteri specialises in public procurements (special sector procurements, ICT procurements, construction contracts and procurements of services and goods), contract law and questions of administrative law. He also discharges assignments and conducts disputes arising from employment contracts and public appointments. He has pursued these special interests for more than 15 years.
